I’ve just completed my training as a life coach with Julie Parker and the Beautiful You Coaching Academy and it’s got me thinking about how important it is to surround yourself with a tribe of empowering, like-minded people who want the best for you.

My coaching buddy, my fellow trainees and our training coaches all helped to inspire me to new heights, both in my life and in my business.

Even more, I now appreciate the importance of networking to find people who inspire me and support me in my personal and professional growth.

As I have grown my business I have worked with several different coaches. I have had my business coach for seven years who inspires me on a weekly basis.

I also have worked with a visibility coach who boosted my confidence to put myself out there as a business owner. She was the one who encouraged me to firstly write an elevator speech and attend network meetings and then to speak at those meetings!

I see my personal trainer once per week but as we approach summer I have upped that to twice per week. I know that having someone to keep me accountable will help me reach my fitness goals over the next months.

Some people assume that hiring a coach means that something is wrong with them or they have failed when this is furthest from the truth. The most highly successful people in the world hire coaches and experts to help them succeed.

Do you have someone in your personal or professional life who inspires you and holds you accountable to your dreams and goals? If not, why not?

We all need a partner in our life to collaborate with. Someone to hear our dreams and help create action steps towards those dreams.

Yours in wealth and abundance,
